CHARISMA QUEEN OF THE WEEK.

You are welcomed to this week’s episode of charisma vibe queen. Today we present to you two of nollywood’s favorite female stars:Omotola jalade-Ekeinde and chika Ike.

The very talented actress got married to Capt. Matthew Ekeinde at the tender age of 18 and has 4 children. Apart from being one of the most successful Nollywood actresses, she is also a singer.

The covetous beauty started acting at age six in her local church and watched a lot of movies while growing up: this became the inception for inspiration and challenge to join the movie industry.

Based on the two divas’ resent recent pictures;

chika Ike, kudos to your new look and wonderful outfit. We only observed a display of a plausible exotic outfit, a change of look and a plastic confidence. Even though we appreciate her efforts towards wearing an African queen look, but her look certainly does not exude an African queen beauty at all. No charisma!! Meaning that she lacked that quality of attractiveness and charm that can inspire others on this picture. On the other hand Omotola jalade-Ekeinde is one diva that knows how best to do what she knows how to do. You might on your seat be asking me to spare you guys the clichés, but the fact that this natural charming, confidence, sweet, intelligence and sexiness of that 18 years old nollywood figure she had maintained till now [in her mid thirties] cannot be over emphasized. She has been able to maintain her relevance in the glamour world.

Like we stressed, charisma vibe is not just about your trendy exotic outfits, as a big fish in the industry nor about your beauty, but how stylish your [perhaps simple] trendy outfit, and how you are able to inspire others admiration[charisma]on that your look/outfit.

Delectable Oge Okoye is one of the very few young rising figures in the Nigerian movie culture who got it right. Barely five years old in Nollywood, Oge has proven that her choice of acting as a career from childhood was not misplaced.

What has kept her shinning on the acting runway has been her unwavering determination to reach the top rung. Indeed today, her dazzling takes have singled her out amongst her contemporaries-'new acting kids on the block'.

Current industry ratings place her as one of the most sought after actresses in the Nigerian home movie sector. Recent statistics from Idumota, the seat of the popular movie market in Lagos confirmed that Oge appears the busiest now, of the youthful screen actress. Her face is most likely to grace the cover jacket of six out of say ten movies released in the Nigerian movie culture in a month. Indeed Oge seems the new pearl of most of the sector's producers.

KERRYMONDS - ELETO SHON

The Kerrymonds are a musical group made up of two awesomely talented young men: Kayode adeniyi Ogedengbe (aka. Edi) and Akilo Tobiloba Matthew (aka Tobo). That was how they came about their former group name Edictos Boys. But in 2012, when they came to Lagos they had to change their name to Kerrymonds when people told them that the former name sounded local. The group was formed in 2008 when the two boys were students of Ode Ekiti High school. They used to entertain the school during Social night. That attracted the attention of the school principal Mr Ojo, who coincidentally shares the same name with Edi's dad. He took an interest in the boys and encouraged them to take it further, sometimes even financing their studio sessions. Kerrymonds' break came when they did a song for Honourable Bamidele Faparusi aka Fappi, for his campaign into the Federal House of Representatives. Hon. Fappi liked the song and decided to support Kerrymonds' music career. Since then, they've been in the studios and the results are two smashing singles: Shake Igboro, and Ele to Shan ft. Samklef. They are presently working on their debut music video while promoting their singles.

ANGELO’S ‘’AGAPE’’ LOVE!

Some days ago, our Nigerian BBA representatives, Beverly OSU and Melvin Akpan were welcomed home. The mere sight of some hugging and kissing Beverly got me infuriated because I wasn’t expecting that though! But the more intriguing is that Angelo, Beverly’s BBA lover allegedly tweeted that Beverly helped him in reading the bible while in BBA house, that South Africans would have treated Beverly differently. And am sure dude, that South Africans would have treated her the same way; the same moral standard, I mean South Africans don’t take just anything. We understand Angelo is trying hard to defend her but we didn’t see the part In BBA were Beverly taught him how to read the ‘’Bible’’ though.

Ugwuadu Emmanuel Chima is a verstatile artiste — born in Lagos and performs under the name Roiea. Emmanuel Chima is originally from Imo State in Nigeria. PLEASE BEVERLY OSU, WHAT IS INTERCOURSE?!!!

Beverly Osu, allegedly in an interview recently, said that she didn’t have an intercourse with Angelo in BBA What? But what we actually saw in BBA house was an intercourse, maybe it means a different thing to Beverly and Angelo or we are not getting the meaning of ‘intercourse’ right. We actually saw somethings that are hard on Continental TVs. I think than when someone is in love or thinks he/she is in love, nothing else at that particular time matters. ‘So she virtually did it without knowing or was carried away, that she didn’t realize she did up until she left big brother Africa house’. We are not judging you Babe, because some of us knew you and were kind of expecting all the stuff when it was mentioned that Beverly Osu was to be in BBA 2013 chase, even though we expected you to represent Nigeria well. We love you though, and the warmest of welcome. Hug! Hug!

DILISH, DOES SHE DESERVE IT?

Sunday, the 24th of August was the Grand finale of the Famous Big Brother Africa Chase, where Dilish Mathew emerged the winner of the Chase. Some said, they would rather have had Melvin won. Did the Namibian Delicious Dilish Mathew really deserve to win? Virtually West African’s votes were divided, so we had two people to concentrate on, if we had concentrated on one person, maybe the story would be different. Dilish has always been a nice BBA inmate with no conspiracy, controversy and was very much at peace with everybody in the BBA house, I don’t know how she managed to do it, but trust me, that involve a lot of self-discipline and awareness. She deserved to win because she was faithful to her boyfriend at home instead of flirting with the guys in the BBB house, she’s a very beautiful girl, very cool and well behaved Her winning the BBA chase proves to people especially Africans that integrity still pays. This will go a long way in teaching Nigerians that the traditional mentality or mindset of misbehaving in BBB house will not buy a worthy/good fame but shame. Pretty impressed that people are beginning to appreciate the inmates’ sense of Decency/Modesty instead of the ‘’Kareem, Goldie, Beverly… characters’’ At least it pays to be a good girl for once, Ah Ah Kildee?

LINDSAY’S UNENDING SUCCESSES!

By now, all of you should know that I’m like this girl’s biggest fan, some weeks back, upon her return from rehab, she guest hosted ‘Chelsea lately’, which I think is a huge success on her part. But after a short while, she was allegedly spotted hanging out with Bekram Chatwel, an Indian, American hotelier, known for drug addict and has been in and out of rehab. I do not know what’s actually going on with Lindsay. Bekram claimed that he understands Lindsay better than any other person, because he has been in and out of troubles, maybe he does help her through texts messages, words of encouragement etc. which is probably the reason Lindsay did not see anyone in the whole of California to hang out with, except Bekram Chatwel.Worried that this could be a huge setback for Lindsay, when lately, I was elated with the news of Lindsay Loham hosting the premiere of ‘SATURDAY NIGHT LIFE’ this September.uuh! uuh!. She is probably going to make jest of herself, get all funny just as in ‘Chelsea lately’. This show ‘Saturday night life’ which is going to be aired on the 28th of September 2013, is going to be sooooooooo hilarious, I can’t wait to see, ride on Lindsay!!!

OPRAH, WHAT'S THIS!

Oprah Winfrey is one woman that can afford to invest hugely on her pets' manicure and pedicure. But she was kicked out of a store in Switzerland where a lady who spotted her touching a $38000 worth of purse confronted her telling her to keep back the purse, because she doesn't look like one that could afford it.please Oprah, always try to look your best, put your hair in order, comb it regularly and do go around with your stylist if possible because Presentation is the Key. Nawao, that's why i like our Naija celebrities, always very packaged at every point in time.

TONTO, ROLLING OUT WORDS OF WISDOM

We heard over last weekend that Nollywood actress Tonto Dikeh attempted to take her life, but she twitted later to saying ''SUICIDES ARE FOR COWARDS'' At the end, Tonto is human, because after the whole suicide rumor, she still comes out to reach out to people who may be contemplating suicide to snap out of depression, be encouraged, “stand firm and be strong”. This is good to clear her image. Tonto is a very passionate person although she tends to lose it sometimes but with everyone on her case right now, i pray God grant her more strength.

A Nigerian top music director, recording and performing artiste and active member of his presidential church band(Christ embassy) of Mostly praise and worship, 2-SHOT reacted negatively on social media over Beverly Osu's gist on her experience of domestic violence; it was heard that they actually dated to the point of marriage but every body knows that 2-SHOT was not the only the only guy Beverly had dated, so why did he have to respond if not for the guilty conscience. 2-SHOT, we were actually expecting your new single instead of this dude!

LINDSAY, ALWAYS TROUBLED?

She is an American actress, model, and recording artiste, born in New York City on the 2nd of July 1986.Her problems were as a result of drug and drunken driving. She pleaded no contest to counts of reckless driving and driving with high percentage of alcohol in her blood, which resulted to her crash last June and also, her involvement with Necklace theft. She was therefore sentenced to three year probation which was later extended. The 27 years old was released from the rehab few days ago, just at the time we were wondering what she could be up to, she guest hosted “Chelsea Lately”, in her speech she appeared to be making mockery of the whole rehab thing. What message is she trying to pass across concerning rehab, a joke or something? ….

WHAT I THINK OF BEYONCE’S SHORT HAIR

Anyone who had seen Queen B on low cut will agree with me that, naturally Beyoncé has a large neck, which makes her look masculine on short hairs. I’d say stick to your long, straight and wavy hairs that you are known for, which usually give you that super-feminine-look of yours. I understand that she is trying to look like or even outlook Rihanna because it’s been heard over heart time that even though Jazzy is Rihanna’s boss, queen B is always trying to intimidate Rihanna, always trying to prove to her that she could actually do better than her but that is not possible because both are powerful ladies who do likely but different music styles. There is therefore no need for unnecessary competition and intimidation Queen B, calm down it’s not necessary because you are a kind of musician that, if you are found missing today, in the next decade, your fans will still be waiting for you dear.

A very popular Comedian,'' I GO DIE'',has ordered yet another expensive car worth several millions of Naira. I have a problem with the way celebrities flaunt their wealth/vain lives on social media, instead of flaunting their works toward inspiring and encouraging Nigerians, especially the up coming talents in Nigeria. I'm not Anti good- life/against buying anything whatsoever in life to enjoy your hard earned money but it shouldn't be publicized. Anyways it was heard that he never wanted them to publish it, but it came late, after all he was the one that started saying it on air!

A GEL WOULD HAVE MADE IT BETTER , DAYO!

A yoruba Actress, Dayo Amusa, few days ago had a photo shoot for her new movie titled 'unforgivable', honestly they were such lovely pictures, but i noticed that her hair stuck out of her dreads a great deal, which made her hair look so bushy, untidy and unpleasant I think that if she wasn't going to loosen the hair yet, a gel on the hair would have done a nice trick on the hair to make it appear much more beautiful. Dear, you are a celebrity so you need to take good care of every part of your body. It wouldn't had cost more than #50 worth of gel to get those dreads well packaged, rejuvenated and good to go for that photo shoot.

FOLA, PROPOSED TO WITH RANGE……..

One the of Mr. ‘’PERSONALLYS’’, the P-square who are one of the pace setters and race-runners in Afro hip hop, Peter Okoye, just proposed to Fola, the Mother of his two children with a shiny ROCK as ring and a Platinum Range Rover. …. I Mean, it’s really worth it! And…..what about you, did you give your wife to-be any gift while proposing? .Well, fingers are not equal, not everybody can afford the gift of Range but it is very important that you give something spectacular when proposing instead of taking time to start critically analyze the end of your marriage because; if you find her special enough to marry, then she worth a spectacular gift also he that finds a wife believe it or not finds a good thing. A lot of Nigerians abroad are noticed to have been sending money home; there is a lot of money noticed to have been flowing in to Nigeria lately. His excellency, the president of Nigeria, Dr Good luck Ebele Jonathan, in his speech in a conference held in Abuja called on to Nigerians to decide on whether the money should be sent to the Government for the development of Nigeria after which they get their money accompanied with huge benefits OR to leave it in the hands of individuals as usual who may not have that as their priority. In my opinion I think, the money and the huge profit getting into the hands of these individuals from the government at the end of the day might involve long processes because everybody knows what’s going on in Nigerian government of today. But on a second thought, it is not so much about making money, but about developing Nigerian Economy because at some point in life, most Nigerians in diaspora will definitely want to come home (Nigeria).So there is need for that COMFORTABILITY.

Rumor had it that the Nollywood covetous beauty, actress Chika Ike who got married to her husband Tony Eberiri in the year 2006 announced her divorce on facebook. If this is true, a little wonder why these celebrities take to social media to announce issues concerning their private life……no respect at all for their private lives. Instead let’s know on social media when they visit orphanages or their activities towards giving back to Nigeria. But I think that’s why they are celebrities, because they need to sell magazines.

Dinma’s secret wish

New kid on the block, Dinma, has one wish she would want rave-of-the-moment star, Wizkid, to grant her. The 16 year-old aspiring guitarist and singer has confessed that she craves a collabo with the Kpakurumo singer. “Gosh! I like Wizkid,” she says, her eyes animated with a glint of admiration as she speaks, “I’d like to do a collabo with him; he’s so talented! His story is emotional and nothing short of inspiring. Success for him did not come on a platter of gold; he had to fight every inch of the way and struggled to be where he is today. His story gives me hope that I could make it in life if I work hard; I look up to him.” Whenever you see the budding act at events, she is always strapping a guitar. The up-and coming act who started music professionally two years ago disclosed that her passion for the guitar which she is currently learning to play was inspired by Nneka. Now she has decided to brand herself with the string instrument. “I’ve been playing for the last six months,” she says with enthusiasm written all over her face. “There’s still a lot to learn; it’s huge. Nneka inspired me to pick up the guitar. It’s an instrument that speaks to you. She says she simply dusted them off and moved on choosing to concentrate instead on her career and the love and support of her parents. Just having fun When is she going to drop her debut album? “I don’t know for now,” she says with a wave of the head, “I’m just having fun doing this. I’m working on the video of my track, Crazy. I am an inspirational singer. Whenever I perform on stage I feel great because I am always accepted. I feel my dream is coming through; I can smell it,” she adds with a soft laugh.
